MANUEL HOFFMANN,
FOUNDER & LEAD COACH
Manuel Hoffmann is originally from the German-speaking part of Switzerland. As a young child, he relocated to Belgium, where he learned French and graduated with a degree in electromechanical engineering and a graduate program in business administration.
Upon graduation, he immigrated to the United States. He had a successful career in Silicon Valley working for large and small high-tech companies such as Silicon Graphics (SGI), 3ParData (HP), Meiosys (IBM), ScaleMP (SAP), Kaazing, and FICO, where he held executive worldwide positions in marketing, business development, indirect and direct sales, and technology alliances and partnerships.
He experienced a health scare that reshaped how he saw life. Although he attained personal and professional success, he knew that he would have done even better if he had made better decisions with the right knowledge and access to experts and mentors. He launched Better Life Decisions to follow his passion for helping others succeed.

BENJAMIN BAER
Benjamin Baer has over three decades of experience in marketing and executive roles within the technology industry. He has been instrumental in introducing groundbreaking new technologies and assisting leading companies with their implementation. Currently, as a co-founder of DecideWise, Inc., Benjamin is driving the widespread adoption of Decision Intelligence.
His primary focus is on the adoption, integration, and operationalization of data analytics and Artificial Intelligence across various industries and geographies, and its impact on professionals in the high-tech industry.
PHILIPPE CIAMPOSSIN
A French native, Philippe started his career at Dassault Systèmes in France before relocating to the US. He held various executive roles at HPE, NetApp, CISCO, and Volumex. Philippe brings tremendous experience in engineering, IP, and management and has been passionate about AI since graduating.
