How It Works
1 - APPLICATION CONVERSATION
A 45-minute conversation with our team about where you are, what you are aiming for, and what kind of mentor relationship you seek.
We don't offer this service to everyone — we match carefully, which means we need to understand your situation before we make any introductions.
2 - MATCH SELECTION
Within 5–7 business days of your conversation, we identify the best match from our network based on your goals, target company type, career stage, and the specific challenges you're navigating.
We share the mentor profile with you for approval before any introduction is made.
3 - WARM INTRODUCTION
We personally introduce you to your mentor, providing context on who you are, what you're working on, and why we think the connection is valuable.
Your mentor already knows and trusts us.
That trust transfers to you from the first message.
4 - FIRST CONVERSATION
A 60-minute initial session, typically via Zoom.
We prepare you beforehand — what to share, what to ask, how to make the conversation immediately valuable for both parties.
The best mentor relationships are mutual. We make sure yours starts that way.
5 - ONGOING RELATIONSHIP
After the first conversation with the executive mentor, we debrief with you and the mentor separately to ensure the match is the right fit for you. If not, we will provide a secondary match.
We stay available in the background if you need guidance on navigating the relationship or developing a new one.

No. Our mentors participate because they believe in the mission, trust us, and find genuine value in the relationships we facilitate.
This is important: a paid advisor performs a service. An unpaid mentor who chooses to be here is investing in you personally.
That distinction significantly affects the quality and authenticity of the relationship.

It happens, and it's okay. We'll have a conversation about what didn't feel right and identify whether a different mentor from the network would be a better match.
We do the same with the matched mentor to ensure they are fully aligned with you.
One rematch is included in all tiers at no additional cost.
We'd rather get the relationship right than force a connection that doesn't serve either party.

We can't guarantee a match at a specific organization, but we can often find someone with direct experience of that company's culture, hiring standards, and leadership model — which is usually more valuable than a current employee anyway.

It varies enormously. Some clients have one transformative conversation and move forward with exactly what they needed.
Others maintain an ongoing relationship with their mentor for years — checking in at key career moments, getting a read on big decisions, or simply staying in each other's world.
We don't prescribe a timeline. The best ones grow organically, and we set them up to do exactly that.
